Ouseburn R-d.41 270121 As 12 in 1911 but as 36 at death. Would be 26 ??. As 26 in Monl Inscr. Date of death given. St Stephen, Acomb ref E109. He was buried on 4 October 1924 at St Stephen in Acomb,Yorkshire.10 270121 As aged 26. Lived in Glencoe Carr Lane in Acomb. Mr Joseph Denzil HOY was born about June 1900 in Darlington R-d.34,126,128 [[Birth note: Ena BM Hoy met him in mid 1930's: but who is he? (We had him as the son of an unknown son of Alexander)][Nov 29 2009 I could find no trace and put Denzil Hoy in Ancestry and a Joseph b c 1900 showed. Looked on 1901 (as Joseph Denizil a son of Robt Alexr Hoy) and FBMD. Why did I not notice this years ago? I only saw the Joseph I guess]] Date last edited 29 Nov 2009. 160121 ref added ref Papa Hoy ( Campbell Alexander ) cousin. My mother ( Ena Croker BM nee Hoy ) said she thought he is a cousin of Papa Hoy and the two were going to Cornwall when she met him. He died on 12 November 1963 at the age of 63 in Glasgow.129 170121 date from Probate. He had his estate probated on 3 February 1964 in London.129 170121 Probate added. Hoy Joseph Denzil of 17 Castle Court, Broomhill Avenue, Newton Mearns, Renfrewshire, died 12 November 1963 at Glasgow. Confirmation of Marion Lindsay Hoy widow.
